The genres he covers include classic rock, folk rock, country and pop.  George performs songs by artists including The Beatles, James Taylor, Neil Young, Jackson Browne, The Eagles, Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw, Phillip Phillips and many more. Audiences are delighted by the variety of music George covers and how he delivers the songs in a pure and soulful style.

Friday 1/25 - Carla Metz & Larry Acunto

Duo - Carla Metz / Larry Acunto

Carla's vocal style developed through a variety of work over 20 years, beginning with her favorite, the classic standard, sung from the crook of a piano at a "speakeasy" near Boston Massachusetts. She worked throughout New England with duos, trios and full bands in establishments both luxurious and questionable!  Her exposure to so many types of music - and her first love, the classic standard - find her, and those who listen, enjoying music from the past with a contemporary flair and a few surprises from the present.  Larry has been playing one instrument or another for over four decades including performing with such luminaries as Steve Howe (Yes), Ian McDonald (King Crimson/Foreigner), Gene Cornish (Rascals) and others.  He has settled on the guitar (and occasionally the bass guitar and ukulele) to support the magnificent song styling's of Carla.  This "Duo" found each other about a year ago after each moved into the Albany and Saratoga area.  Friends of Duo speak not only of their musical diversity, but also about the ease at which the two musicians work, and the laughter that winds the tunes together.  Come and enjoy!

Thursday 1/31 - Peg & Bill Delaney

Peg Delaney plays sophisticated jazz drawing from American, Latin, and Brazilian idioms. Her duo has Bill Delaney on upright bass.

Peg is a two time recipient of the New York State Council for the Arts: Meet the Composer Grant and was a semi-finalist in Musician Magazine's Best Unsigned Band Competition. Author of a Book of Transcriptions by Nick Brignola, Peg's work has been recognized by National Jazz Educators, Saxophone Journal, and NYS Music Teacher's Association.
